1 General Terms & Conditions

Solt Game (soltgame.app) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Solt Game and its users. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

Solt Game's terms and conditions are always published in Bengali, and the Bengali version is the officially binding version. Should a translation exist in any other language, the Bengali version takes precedence.

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on the Solt Game platform, including the website, mobile app, and all other digital channels.
• In the event of any dispute, this document will serve as the final point of reference.
• Solt Game operates in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh, and users are expected to do the same.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at Solt Game, certain basic requirements must be met. These are in place to maintain the platform's security and integrity.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old — no exceptions.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may register only one account. Multiple registrations from the same device, IP address, or bank account are not permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Solt Game support immediately.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Solt Game conducts its Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with international standards. This is mandatory to prevent money laundering and uphold the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Payments

Certain rules apply to all payments on Solt Game. These are in place to ensure financial security and prevent fraudulent transactions.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. The maximum deposit is ৳50,000 per day.
• Accepted Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Deposits are usually credited within 5 minutes. If there's a delay, please contact support.
• Solt Game does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings at Solt Game is simple and fast, though certain conditions must be met.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Average processing time for verified accounts is 5 minutes. It may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Solt Game offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10x.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, all wagering requirements must be fully met.
• Every bonus offer has a fixed validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• If Solt Game suspects misuse of a bonus, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must complete their first deposit.

7 Betting Rules

Certain ground rules apply when placing bets at Solt Game. These are in place to ensure a fair experience for all players.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Solt Game reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match fixing and any form of fraudulent betting are strictly prohibited.
• In live betting, if a connection is interrupted, the last confirmed position on record will be considered valid.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage on the same event is strictly prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

Solt Game believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We genuinely care about every player's mental and financial well-being.

• Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from your account for anywhere between 7 days and 5 years.
• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Reality Check: After a set period of time, a pop-up reminder will notify you of how long you've been playing.
• If professional assistance is needed, our support team will connect you with the appropriate organization.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Solt Game may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• A clear breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or fabricated information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Suspicious financial transactions or money laundering.
• Refusal to provide KYC documents.

Before closing an account, Solt Game generally gives the user an opportunity to provide clarification. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate termination may apply. Any valid balance will be refunded subject to verification.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact Solt Game's support team first. We take all complaints seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours.

11 Limitation of Liability

Solt Game makes every effort to maintain reasonable technical standards, though liability is limited in certain areas:

• Solt Game is not responsible for any lost bets resulting from internet connection issues.
• Liability is limited for technical issues arising from third-party payment providers.
• Solt Game is not liable for any losses caused by faults with the user's own device or connection.
• No compensation will be provided if the service is interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government directives.

12 Changes to Terms

Solt Game may update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent via email or the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Prior notice may not be given for minor edits or spelling corrections.
• Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will be given the option to close your account.
